Report a mistake or a change

Italian cities change their ZTLs several times a year. If you notice different hours, a new camera or a rule that has changed, please tell us:

Each report is checked against the city's ordinance before any correction, and the page's check date is then updated.

Suggest a city

We add cities one at a time, starting with those where visitors most often get caught out. If the city you are heading to is not covered yet, let us know: requests help decide what comes next. A city is only published once all its rules have been checked against the city's own acts, which can take a few weeks.

What happens to your message

Your address is only used to reply to you: it is not added to any list or passed on to anyone. If your report leads to a correction, the change appears with the page's new check date; we publish neither your name nor what you wrote. If we cannot find an official act confirming what you saw, we tell you so and the page stays as it is, with extra care at its next check.

What we do not do

We cannot issue permits, register a plate on your behalf or appeal a fine. For a fine you have received, contact the local police of the city concerned (their details are on the notice); for plate registration, your hotel or car park.
